New classes (specifically, Advanced Illustrations) means new assignments to show all of you! Yay.
Assignment: Pick a figure (person) from a magazine and scan his or her picture in. Trace the figure using Adobe Illustrator and then come up with a collage using the figure. Project: I used this picture (taken from a Nike I.D. advertisement that I didn't really understand) for my project. Inspiration: The work of Martin French. Software used: Adobe Illustrator CS This was a huge pain to do, but the payoff was amazing. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
